At Luxe Furniture, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and professional delivery on all orders. Our delivery partners — DHL for small parcels and a trusted pallet network for large furniture — ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.


 

FREE UK Mainland Delivery

We offer FREE delivery to most UK mainland addresses.

(This applies to the first attempted delivery only.)

Free delivery applies to:

  • England
  • Wales
  • Lower Scotland

No minimum order value and no hidden fees.


Extended Areas – Delivery Surcharges

Some postcode areas fall outside standard routes and require a surcharge.

The surcharge applies per parcel, and the exact amount is shown automatically at checkout once you enter your delivery postcode.

DHL Small Parcel Zones (Simplified):

  • Zone A – England & Wales: Free
  • Zone B – Lower Scotland: Free
  • Zone C – Higher Scotland & Northern Ireland: £22.00 (ex VAT)
  • Zone D – Islands & Offshore (e.g., Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands): £24.00 (ex VAT)

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery (after receiving a payment) within 3 business days for most orders 
  • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday
  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or time slots
  • Extended areas may require longer delivery times

International delivery is available for selected parcel items.

Parcel Delivery (Smaller Products & Accessories)

Smaller items are shipped using DHL. This includes accessories, giftware, and lightweight furniture.

Features include:

  • Mail-order standard packaging
  • Fully trackable delivery service
  • Delivery directly to your end customer
  • Signed Proof of Delivery using handheld smart device (not applicable to very small items)
  • SMS delivery updates if a mobile number is provided
  • Drivers typically phone when they are en route (excluding extended areas)

 

Large Item Delivery (Pallet Service)

Large or heavy furniture items are shipped via our pallet network for safe and secure transportation.

You will receive:

  • Sturdy palletised packaging
  • Kerbside or driveway delivery
  • Courier tracking where available
  • A courtesy call when the team is en route (excluding extended areas)

Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods and that there is suitable access for larger vehicles.

 

Packaging Standards

All products are packed using mail-order–approved packaging designed to reduce transit damage.

This includes:

  • Shock-resistant materials
  • Secure protective wraps
  • Reinforced cartons

You can track your delivery via:


  • Your Luxe Furniture account
  • Courier tracking links
  • SMS updates (where mobile number is provided)

 

Damages, Defects & Returns

If an item arrives damaged or faulty:


  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photographs or videos
  3. Our team will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution according to our returns policy

 

We aim to resolve all claims quickly and fairly.

Additional Information

  • Free delivery applies only to the first delivery attempt
  • Failed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees
  • Delivery cannot be booked for a specific time
  • Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
